“QUALITY: Synergetics JV consistently produces a quality product that exceeds expectations. Any problem or program bug/error is addressed expeditiously to ensure that the product exceeds the warfighter’s needs. They are innovative in overcoming any obstacles that arise, and are flexible as government processes and procedures present ever changing challenges. Additionally they eagerly make suggestions for changes that will benefit the product, process, and warfighter.

SCHEDULE: Synergistics JV consistently provides the products on time or ahead of schedule. The products have not shipped late, despite production delays caused by the government. This is a testament to their hard work and dedication to the warfighter.

COST CONTROL: Synergistics JV attempts to save the government money where possible. Most of the achievable

savings comes from reducing shipping cost. Synergistics JV is always very aware of the postage regulations including pending changes, and is always looking for ways to lower the FED LOG shipping cost that are passed along to the government.

MANAGEMENT: Synergetics JV has excellent business relations with the FED LOG Program management office. They are always cooperative, and often go above and beyond what is required. Where many contractors will only follow the exact word of the contract, Synergetics JV applies logic and common sense to work to the intent of the contract. They are very concerned about making sure customers are taken care of, and happy with the results. When proposals are requested by the government they are submitted in a timely manner with a reasonable proposed cost. They successfully manage the disc replication contract, ensuring that disc are always shipped on time, and the supplies such as shipping envelopes never run short. From the government’s perspective, it is not apparent that this process is subcontracted, as it is managed by Synergetics JV with excellent customer focus. In my opinion this contractor sets the example for others to follow.

ADDITIONAL/OTHER: Exceptional performance.

RECOMMENDATION: Given what I know today about the contractor’s ability to perform in accordance with this contract or order’s most significant requirements, I would recommend them for similar requirements in the future.”
