“QUALITY: Contractor quality is tested by by physical and automated test scripts to mitigate potential software and data errors. Contractors goes beyond requirements to test both FLIS data they pull and product data. This testing is done on their own and beyond our contractual agreement. The contractor performs these measures to maximize data accuracy.
SCHEDULE: Production process is always completed on schedule. Typically the deliverables are delivered well in advance, despite any delays the government or customers have placed on their production methods.
COST CONTROL: Contractor is always focused on how to control costs and maximizing the best cost effective solutions to the government. In a potential budget shortfalls the contractor even offered reduced cost structure to help DLA meet our budget goals and limitations.
MANAGEMENT: Contractors team is outstanding and provides some of the best response times and customers service I have experienced from contractor staff. They are professional on every level and set the standard for other contractors to emulate.
ADDITIONAL/OTHER: Vendor performance was exceptional during this period.
RECOMMENDATION: Given what I know today about the contractor’s ability to perform in accordance with this contract or order’s most significant requirements, I would recommend them for similar requirements in the future.”
