“QUALITY OF PRODUCT OR SERVICE: The products meet or exceed the specification of the contract. Reports and data are consistently accurate and the product functions correctly.
SCHEDULE: All deliverables were provided within the specified schedule. The product is delivered each month in accordance with the delivery schedule. The Contractor has ensured ‘on time’ delivery of FED LOG even when the Government has provided data files late.
COST CONTROL: Monthly charges are within the allotted amounts for each CLIN. The Contractor has taken initiative to cut costs by finding a new DVD mailer that requires less postage, thereby saving the Government money.
BUSINESS RELATIONS: The Contractor is very customer oriented and all interaction between the Contractor and the Government has been very positive and productive.
MANAGEMENT OF KEY PERSONNEL: The Contractor key personnel have met or exceed contract requirements. Each one has demonstrated the necessary skills and knowledge to perform the required work, and there have been no problems with any personnel.
ADDITIONAL/OTHER: Performance was exceptional in all areas.
RECOMMENDATION: Given what I know today about the Contractor’s ability to execute what they promised in their proposal, I definitely would award to them today given that I had a choice.
